A booking is considered confirmed once the participant has received a confirmation message or email.
Participants are responsible for providing correct contact information so that important details regarding the walk can be communicated.

3. Meeting Point and Start Time
After the booking is confirmed, participants will receive information about the exact meeting point, directions and the confirmed start time of the walk.
Start times may vary depending on weather conditions, season and other operational factors.
Participants are responsible for arriving at the meeting point on time. If a participant arrives late and misses the start of the walk, the booking may be considered a no-show and may not be refunded.

4. Payment
Payment conditions may vary depending on the booking method. Payment may be required at the time of booking or at another agreed time before the walk.
All prices listed on the website are in euros (€).

5. Cancellation by Participants
Participants may cancel their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled walk and receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled walk may not be refunded.

6. Cancellation by the Organizer
If the guide is unable to conduct the walk due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, the walk may be cancelled.
In this case, participants will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule the walk for another available date.

7. Weather Conditions
The safety of participants is always the highest priority.
If weather conditions are considered unsafe or unsuitable for the planned walk, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the walk.
Participants will be informed as early as possible and offered an alternative date or a full refund.

8. Health and Physical Condition
Participants should be in suitable physical condition for outdoor walking activities.
Each participant is responsible for assessing their own physical ability and for informing the guide of any relevant medical conditions that could affect participation.
Participants should wear appropriate footwear and bring sufficient water, sun protection and suitable clothing for the weather conditions.

9. Safety and Participant Responsibility
Participants must follow the instructions of the guide during the walk to ensure the safety of the group.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse participation or to end participation for individuals whose behavior could endanger themselves or others.

10. Liability
Participation in the walking tours takes place at the participant’s own risk.
The organizer is not responsible for injuries, accidents, delays, loss or damage of personal belongings during the walk, except where liability is required by law.
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and equipment.

11. Route Changes
The guide reserves the right to change the planned route or schedule if necessary due to weather conditions, safety reasons or other unforeseen circumstances.

12. Photographs
During the walks, photographs may occasionally be taken for documentation or promotional purposes.
If participants do not wish to appear in photographs, they should inform the guide before the walk begins.
