A relaxing walk to move your body, calm your mind and reconnect with nature by the sea.
On Saturday at 15:00 we meet at quiet Kera Beach, just next to Kalyves — a much more peaceful place compared to the often busy main beach.
From there, we begin an easy and manageable 3-hour walk through olive groves, traditional Cretan landscapes and the small authentic village of Douliana. Along the way, we visit a very special little church built partly into the rocks — a hidden and atmospheric place.

After the walk, we return to Kera Beach, where we relax together by the sea.
We prepare and share our own homemade picnic, enjoy time for swimming, and whoever wants can join a gentle Body Movement Session with relaxing stretching and recovery exercises by the beach.
A small and friendly group, beautiful nature, salty air and time to simply slow down, breathe deeply and let the soul unwind by the sea.
